76kg, close to 97kg now. Only been lifting 9 months altogether. You know what's funny? i have yet to stall a single time while on tren.
These lifts are "ez" and i feel like i cna easily add 10-20kg on both my Squat and DL.

I have been training for 3 years between 3 to 5 times a week, weight training, running, cycling, swimming and I can't gain weight or even keep up with my co-workers. They all seem to get bigger and stronger while I stagnate. I never counted my calories but I can tell you 100% sure that I eat more than them.

If you want to look like a rugby player you need to focus specifically on lifting and taking anabolic steroids.

Unless you plan on deadlifting at an elite level or over 600lbs, I wouldn't worry about any of those injuries to a significant extent
