76kg, close to 97kg now. Only been lifting 9 months altogether. You know what's funny? i have yet to stall a single time while on tren.

These lifts are "ez" and i feel like i cna easily add 10-20kg on both my Squat and DL.

Tren is litrelly the god of steroids.

I have been training for 3 years between 3 to 5 times a week, weight training, running, cycling, swimming and I can't gain weight or even keep up with my co-workers. They all seem to get bigger and stronger while I stagnate. I never counted my calories but I can tell you 100% sure that I eat more than them.

I don't want to do any bodybuilding but just get bigger, stronger and without sacrificing my endurance. My goal body would be a rugby player or like Nick Bare (not natty but strong and endurant for military).

What do now? I have considered joining a weightlifting club and play some rugby on the side

If you want to look like a rugby player you need to focus specifically on lifting and taking anabolic steroids.

Mixed grip
>creates imbalances of traps
>can lead to bicep tear

Hook-grip
>can lead to numbness of thumb
>can lead to broken thumb

Normal grip
>bar will roll out of your hands
>grip will always easily fail


This is why I hate deadlifting, considering just switching to trap-bar deadlifts instead, or just scraping deadlifting all together and focusing purely on back squats and front squats as my only lower body exercises.

You're making excuses for yourself. Admit it, you don't like deadlifts because they're hard and you don't really care about strength. Here is the reality

Unless you plan on deadlifting at an elite level or over 600lbs, I wouldn't worry about any of those injuries to a significant extent

Ive thought about boxing classes but I wear glasses and its not an option to not use corrective eyewear. Yes my vision is that bad. I heard contacts also get knocked out while sparring. Wat do?
