Willfully getting into nicotine addiction is one of the top dumbest things you can do to yourself. Due to smoking's wide acceptance and availability and the associated psychologic effects (triggered as a reward in good situations and dependence in bad situations at the same time) it can be a tough habit to kick. I don't mean to be a virtuecrat here, but I'd definitely encourage you to not start smoking, ever.

What's everyone's schedule look like?

>Wake up
>Take supps and vitamins
>Make breakfast for right after workout
>Go workout then eat breakfast
>Go to work 10-6:30
>Come home, shower, eat
>Draw till bedtime or hang with friends if there's something going on.

I have pain in the red area in the pic. Pretty sure it's due to overexteding during the push press.

Question: should I take a week off and wait for the pain to subside then concentrate on correct technique, or continue lifting and try to correct technique now?

Also, any tips for correcting technique other than vids?

Just continue lifting and fix your shit, as long as there's no pain. Don't go maxing out or anything obviously, find a weight you can do with good form and proceed from there.

Overextending in overhead movements is usually just due to getting lazy with the abs and not squeezing the fuck out of them. Some people find that squeezing your glutes helps, but the midsection bracing is the main thing. A belt helps.

Back Extensions helped me a lot OP. Although if it's more than just muscular pain they could fuck your shit up.

Like if I'm at home and alone I'll stand there for like 30 seconds before the flow starts
This becomes even worse in public restrooms because it gets combined with shy bladder and extends the period, but the point is that I do it even when I'm totally relaxed, so it can't be just that alone.

Nah you probably are a trigger pisser, you just need an action or thought that'll help you go. For me it's thinking about cumming in a girls mouth. Alternatively, it could be a hate fueled trigger piss. Sometimes I can only pee when I imagine the urinal to be the mouth of someone I really hate and that my piss is actually acid.

however when I started getting gains (~3 months lifting) and increased my confidence it improved a bit and I could start peeing faster at a friend's bathroom / public bathroom, unless there's people near me, that's where shit gets hard and sometimes I give up and pee when I arrive home or nobody is there
