Not so much that as that there are no particular advantages to lifting with shoes on, except for weightlifting shoes for the appropriate exercises.

There's a great segment where he goes into a pretty in-depth analysis of why barefoot is the way to go. Especially from a sports or martial arts/yoga way, or dance or whatever it happens to be...your foot strength and every aspect of it is super important. I have no idea where in that video it is so sorry bud, if you're into it check it out, but it's compelling stuff. I don't like lifting in shoes, be it overhead press or deadlifts

I eat a big breakfast then don't eat till dinner. It's superior if you have work or school during the day.
Don't have to bring lunches or worry about heating it up. Breakfast and dinner are huge.

So I've been growing lemons and did a test.
All lemons were grown under the same conditions, the one and only difference is the amount of "gear" each received. Time, feed and exposure were all identical.
