Any tips on getting rid of 'mothers apron'? I'm currently doing cardio at the moment to drop and later do weights. All the chick mags seem to do spot training to get rid of it. And fuck tummy tuck is out of the question, massive unattractive scar.

It's infuriating how long I had to wait before this section of fat was next up to be lost. Fat distribution is weird annoying like that.

Have you ever had joint and/or tendon problems due to lifting? If so, how did you cure them? Ibuprofen? Diclofenac? Something else?

Me:
Mild elbow bursitis (triceps) both sides
Severe golfers elbow both sides
Bicep tendonitis left arm
Also shoulder pain both sides

(May sound odd because dont know exact english terms, but should be sufficient to understand)

All of the above prevent me from using heavy weights for my
training which is why im stalling for several months now.

Been deloading on all major lifts, but it hasnt gotten much better.

oh yeah, and my balls shrunk to small raisins. gains were better, but not amazing. you just get normal levels of test anyway, so don't expect to be anything more than a normal guy

Pic related is me after todays workout.

I weight 155 and im about 6'3.
I am skinnyfat as fuck, and it worries me.

What worries me more though is how fucking weak my forearms are, and how I subsequently am failing on OHP's. i.e. Im doing SL 5x5 and today I missed multiple reps on multiple sets. It looked like

5/4/5/5/3 at 55 lbs including the bar(5 on each side).

That's fucking terrible. I missed 3 reps in total, so I might as well have missed an entire set.

So, because of that, I decided to do 2 extra sets of deadlifts, at 125 lbs(40 each side). Was that a bad idea? I read something on Mehdi's website about the reason you are only supposed to do one set is because deadlifts are hard on the body.

I just started drinking sparkling mineral water all day. Good decision.

I'm also doing Intermittent Fasting so it helps a lot to surpress hunger. Some coffee as well.

This. Always stretch before and after cardio OP. The muscles are warmed up and won't tense or cramp. Focus on your hip flexor stretches. You might be neglecting them therefore them becoming tense to increased cardio.
