I started training three and a half years ago, all i had was a floor, a pull up bar and a mirror to fill myself with disgust.
I built myself a squat rack and bought some weights a year ago and started powerlifting training about 6 months ago
Starting height : 175
Starting weight : 53kg
Couldn't do a push up, couldn't do a pull up, knees and lower back would hurt all the time

it depends of your bodyweight, your %bodyfat, and how long you've been training these movements consistently

Add some Rows (inverted/bent-over/pendlay) and overhead presses/handstand pushups and you are set.
Just a tip: The key to healthy shoulders that can withstand the heavy stress weighted dips carry is to have evenly developed musculature around them and a SLOW progression to let the connective tissue adapt.
