Just wondering, when it becomes okay to wear a tank or wife beater to the gym. So far I've only been wearing t shirts and hoodies. But during ohp or bench I wish I had a sleeveless shirt.

If Australian spec ops is ANYTHING like ours your friend is a retard. Cardiovascular endurance is incredibly important but so is muscular endurance. Do your push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, calisthenics. Shoot for 100 push-ups and sit-ups in two minutes, 20 pull-ups, and 18 minute three mile run. Then you will be prepared for indoc. It's still going to be extremely difficult, so develop a good mental fortitude. Good luck cunt

I think he just wants me to understand the importance of Cardiovascular endurance cause you apparently stay awake for a whole week doing nothing but training. I am a pretty determined guy but i fucking hate being tired i have no idea how to deal with that but only to train during the night to get used to it i guess.

But he also tells me to follow the Commando training program religiously so hes not that retarded.

How is this for a full body workout? I can workout 3 times a week. I did sl for a while, got strong but I got injured. I got back to a 3 day split (AxBxCxx) because I couldn't Squat or Deadlift. Now I'm on this full body workout, which works a lot better then a 3 day split for me. I would like to know if it's programmed well. I came up with it myself. Fuck squatting three times a week.

I train for both strength and hypertrophy.

It isn't really telling us much. You've got a nice list of exercises (although personally I think that wide-grip pullups are trash for the most part) but that's about it.

Kill it by rich piana. I was extremely reluctant to try it for a while, but it is actually good. Fruit punch tastes alright and the pump is nice, but doesn't make you feel like shit after am hour like other pre's.
