How accurate are the electronic body fat meters
It says I have a BMI of 28.1
And fat % of 19.1
This is at the doctors so I'm assuming it's half way legit.
I look fatter then this pic.

Sup /fit/: as I lose weight that little cavity in my chest starts knocking at the door.
1. Does any of you have the same issue? If you do, on what degree?
2. What exercises could help to improve that area? (I'm aware surgery would be the only option to totally fix it but luckily mine isn't a big deal, I could live with that)
3. Could getting chest mass actually worsen it?

Hey /fit/ hurt my left lower back doing deathlifts a few weeks ago had the weights set up unevenly and platform was a bit fucked I jerked a bit to one side while lifting and felt a twinge wasn't a terrible pain and I thought I'd just rest it for a while but couple of weeks later now and not going away. what do? Is my best option doctor? physio? chiropractor?

Ask for a CT scan, that's the best way to determine if there's damage (moderate-to big) in your spine, or if it's just a muscular injury.
If the latter, you'll need a ECO scan to further assess the extent of the injury, but is usually easier to overcome.

Is there any way to artificially lower testosterone for a blood test? I'm almost positive I have no test because I barely have a skeleton and nothing will raise the bone so I don't want them saying "Oh, you're on the lower end but some exists inside you" so is there any way to drop it like eating a load of zinc or whatever? The blood is already out the body.

It depends what split you do, like if you do more and intensive workouts on three days, with rest days in between, then yeah. But if you prefer to concentrate on specific bodyparts and single things out, then everyday might work better. It all depends on you and what works most for you.

3x5 linear progression for squats
deadlift you can start 3x5, however as the weight you lift gets higher you are going to want to do 1x5 (with a lot of warm up sets)
once you finish linear progression, then you can start playing around with different rep ranges.
i would recommend 3x8-20 squat for a while and 2x6-8 dead (after you finish LP) not that it matters at all, and you should vary your rep ranges anyways
