How important is the bio availability of protein in a food source?
I have been looking up and every site shows different statistics on the bio availability of different protein sources, i have seen soy protein range from 50% to 79% which either puts it on the same level of beans or chicken.
If you ate 200g of protein from a source with 60% bio availability opposed to 80% would it actually make any difference in terms of gains?

Why aren't pickles promoted more for weight loss? They have some of the lowest caloric numbers for a snack that exist on earth, and they're incredibly tasty unlike a lot of alternatives that are almost tasteless.

@OP: Eggs alone aren't a fix. If you're trying to do what you can to improve your testosterone, then eat right, get good sleep, supplement Vit D and some ZMA, and lift heavy. It isn't a coincidence that doing these things also address most of not all of the signs listed in your graphic.
If it still sucks (as in: you actually got it measured and it's below normal range) ask the doc to get you on it.
