I smoked a pack a day for a couple years. Weaned down to half a day. Then 5 a day. To 1-3 a day. Then I just quit because I was sick of smelling like shit and being self conscious about it around people after I smoke.
I still get cravings at times when stressed but I think about the hassles I go through each time I smoke and decide not to.

The cravings will never go away. I quit in dec 2014 cold turkey. Have not had one cig since then. Still get bad cravings when I see/ smell someone smoking my brand. But the cravings do happen alot less frequently as time goes by. But they will never go away completely. Just gotta stay strong.

i've smoked about 3/4 of a pack a day for about 9 years give or take. And I didn't realize how insanely addicted I was. I might as well have smoked for 40 years it's, just THAT difficult to quit. Oh well, i'm doing extremely well and this is the longest i've ever went. This is definitely the attempt that will be successful.

Note that not fapping is NOT enough for most people. An average "reset" involves 90 days of no PMO (Porn, Masturbation, Orgasm). Some people have wet dreams, some don't. That's OK and DOESN'T mean you have failed. Wet dreams can happen anytime within the first 2-3 weeks, and should stop after 2-3 months.
Many NoFappers have seen an better mental health state, as well as their lifting being more effect. Some may run faster, some won't.
Some people experience wet dreams, some don't. Some will have trouble sleeping, some will sleep better. Small results like that are varied. The commonly agreed upon things are more focus, more stamina in lifting and running. Cold showers are also said to help many people, they kill urges, but beyond that there is no scientific evidence. Some people will experience no effects 2 weeks in, you WILL get there, you just need to keep going. Some people will get 2 days in and already be experiencing long term effects.
Today is my day 65, and i will say that the biggest changes happened around first 2-4 weeks, which where also the toughest, since i went from fapping every day to not fapping.

For those trying to lose/maintain weight but addicted to food (or people who enjoy excessive eating but not all the shit that comes with it in general, i.e. most of mankind), what's the problem with chewing up shit tons of food and spitting it out before you swallow?
I've done it for months now and am 5'08'' and 100 lbs. I was almost as thin before just because I cant stand the feeling of fat on my body, but I can't tell you how glorious it feels to go through 4 gallons of icecream and 3 pies and not break a sweat. Is it just because people think it feels weird not to swallow? Because that went away for me a couple weeks after I started, and I've ultimately surmised that it's just muscle memory; swallowing now feels no diffrent than spitting it out, and I still experience aftertastes just the same. Does anybody else do this?

I'm also 5'8 and before I started lifting I was 153 lbs with fully visible abs but only 14'' arms. I cannot really imagine that you don't look like a skeleton with this height/weight.
