I got a new job a few years ago and a lot of days were "this was stressful, I'm going to reward myself with Wendys" which grew into fast food every single day. on REALLY bad days, I would get like 2 full meals from taco bell. on Fridays, I'd reward myself with a $20 order, and on Monday, the same thing.
If my job was even more stressful or my personal life was super hard, I could totally see myself eating with zero restraints. not to mention I don't even like cake and shit, and if I did, add thousands of more calories.
