if you stretch properly you will not end up being stiff. bonus strength only has pluses. i suggest training for strength rather than hypertrophy as you don't want added muscle mass for little-to-no strength gain as it will only weigh you down.

I curl dumbbells at a neutral standing at incline and decline and normally do a finisher with cables where I curl, curl and hold and than hold in curl position (45lb - 50lb dumbbells on good or bad days). Got any stretches advice or changes I could do to get this pain to go away? I use no gloves or wrist straps.

it's probably tight forearms, reverse forearm stretch and get the end of a barbell and roll it up and down your forearms or if you have a gf get her and a rolling pin and roll it on the forearm
if you've never stretched your forearms (or any other muscle) you'll eventually have massive problems with it, stretching everything is essential to lifting
