How come when I do pullups I never feel it in my lats?

After a 5x5 of regular wide grip pullups with pretty decent form, my arms forearms and shoulders seem to be more sore than my lats, how come?

Does it mean I'm not hitting the lats right?

Found your problem.

Chinups, hammer grip chinups or neutral grip pull ups give the biggest stretch of the lats and create the biggest range of motion for them. Therefore they let you feel it more in them.

He's probably has lost muscle mass in the last 10 years , but he is still obviously bigger than he was in 1990.

I just thought gains weren't linear and thst yiu make most of your gains the first few years. How is it possible to be considerable leaner and bigger in your 50s than in your 20s (after 6 years of lifting ) without gear ?

however, if you're trying to lose like 10 lbs you don't have to count your whole life; just until you cut down to your ideal weight then resume eating normally.

Basically, I'm looking for a group of people I can have keep me motivated and that I can motivate, im hoping to get to just slightly sub 10% and have no lifting friends IRL that are this dedicated or extreme!

Here's a link to a drop box, it should be 4 nutrition books and the top one, Lyles "Rapid Fat Loss Handbook", is a short 90 page guide (sounds long but its an easy read, 1-2 hours MAXIMUM to get all the info out of it) that details how to do a protein sparing modified fast for weightlifters.
