No real issue in my experience. I do 3 days on my lifting program, the 2 in-between days are cardio. Either heavy bag cardio or I run 5k. But I'm a former porkster who's still cutting the last bit of belly fat so take that as you will.

The only thing potentially dangerous is having too low of a bodyfat percentage for extended periods of time. One should aim for 9-12%. I understand going to 6% or so for competition, but you should aim to regain that immediately after. Multiple organs can fail from extended periods of extremely low bodyfat, including your heart.

As we all know, problems here(Europe) are occuring more and more often. I live in France, where I feel like the shit is going to hit the fan very soon.

I'm fat, but I'm not weak. What should I do to get healthier? I don't want to look like a roid monkey, since my gf finds muscle ugly(I know, I know).

What should I do? As a Frenchman, is there any Frenchman to help me out? I'm hesitating wheter or not to go to the gym.

Adding in shoulders on leg day makes 0 sense.

Just do the reddit beginner ppl routine. I started doing it after SS and it's great.

I switched bb bench with dumbbell and it's not bad. Oh and chinups 3x5 instead of 3x8-12

Is chiropractic pseudoscience or actually useful for lifters in particular?

It's hit or miss. You do have chiropractors out there who absolutely can prevent pain (by mostly teaching people proper posture, which you can do yourself) and alleviate pain by relaxing tense muscles putting strain on nerves. It kind of falls under the realm of physical therapy.

Then you have the bullshit artists. The dogshit KST technique, cold laser shit and all sorts of nonsense designed to extract money from your wallet while providing no real benefit, but perhaps a placebo. I'd say either find a real one who can provide a meaningful service to you, or just find a physical therapist.
