The idea of a goal body is fucking stupid. Everyone has different insertions and distribution of muscle and proportions. You could literally do everything the guy in the picture does and never have the same type of body.

What are power cleans doing in a beginner routine?
I know it's an awesome exercise, but most people running the routine will be out-of-shape noobies who don't have access to an OLY coach.
Learning the move by yourself will just result in ingrained bad technique and injury in the long run.
Rows would be superior IMO.

Power cleans don't require an oly coach. Just jerk the weight up as far as possible and get in the quarter squat position. Sure it's a bit more technical than squat, diddly, bench and press but it's still not too difficult, if you look up videos on form.

I'm at school it'd be awkward to take a picture but they're 51cm (I'm natty).
I have stubby fingers, eternal traplet, can't grow a beard and started balding at 23 but damn do I have nice calves.
My hair's been thinning and falling out for 4 years now, I'm devastated. Pic related is current state. Blood analysis showed I had iron deficiency and I took some iron supplement prescribed by my doc but 2 months in (out of 3) and no visible improvement, if anything it got worse. Is it over for me? Minox kind of just halts the recession. Minox in combination with fin can regrow hair provided there's still some in the area that's losing.

Here's the timeline of my use so far:
