Push any lower and I'll be borderline underweight. Should I go down to the absolute limit of 126 pounds, or should I bulk? I look fucking terrible. I thought I'd be legitimately skinny by now.

Don't bulk. Eat at maintenance for 2-3 months. Then look at yourself again, and ask the same question. There, simple as that. You can make strength gains while eating at maintenance since you're a beginner.

yo I dunno how old you are, but I had really bad acne back in HS + beginning of college.
It's almost entirely going away now and I don't know why. Maybe you need to just leave your skin alone and let it run it's course? I feel like the constant irritation is what was causing break outs for me.
And if it brings you any solace, I had my first kiss, girlfriend and sex when my acne was at it's worst at 18. All separate girls btw

I got a bunch of them when I was a kid. I kind of stopped giving a fuck about them, since I have pretty shitty skin regardless.
Just use lotion and stay hydrated, so long as you do that you shouldn't have to worry about them unless you just happen to be especially prone to them.
