Try it again next week. If that fails then go to 2x3 for the max set. When that starts failing then 5 singles. If you can't go back to 1x5 after that find a new program because you outgrew TM

i guess. i think i didn't rebound them correctly, almost doing pause squats. that probably fucked them up. i don't know what percentage based means. mondays are volume day which is ~85% of 5RM weight at 5x5, wednesdays are recovery day which is 85% of monday weight at 3x5 roughly, and on fridays you do a PR at 5 reps for squats, a press exercise and deadlifts.

First off make sure you dont do any of those heavy dumbbell exercises they will make you too big and bulky. Don't read that ghastly sticky either it's full of broscience.
Don't eat over 50g of protein per day because any more will turn straight into fat.
Just do a few pushups, pullups and light cardio and that six-pack will come out in no time ;)

Went to the good 'ol Walmart pharmacy the other day to start working on something I found recently called the EC stack, which makes me a newbie at this kinda shit
So I look at the catalog the pharmacy has on ephedrine and I see two options. One is Bronkaid and the other is Primatene. So at first I saw that Primatine had 60 capsules, and I was stoked, I was about to buy it, before I looked that it had much less ephedrine per capsule and was 4 bucks more expensive for almost the same amount of Net-ephedrine as bronkaid. So I ended up buying the Bronkaid because it was cheaper. But then it had me wondering... what was the appeal in Primatene?
Basically, I want to know if which one of these tablets is better at getting you your results? Does it matter and should I just get the cheapest one available?
It's totally possible to run the experiment myself, but you can't run into an experiment without some background info and possible previous tests prior to starting.
So, any experiences with EC would be appreciated!

I don't know why I love deadlifts so much. I hate squats, and every other exercise is kinda meh to me. Is there something psychological about the deadlift that makes it feel so fuckin good to do?
If I could deadlift my way to a good body, you better believe that I'd be doing nothing but that.

probably because you can lift more weight on it than basically any other exercise, plus it's not as mentally tough as the squat. there's something scary about have a heavy weight on your back, but if a heavy deadlift doesn't work out you can just drop it.
Deadlift question:
I used to love deadlifts but about a year ago I started hating them because my form started to feel wrong. The thing is that my form is great. I filmed myself, I got a coach that knows his shit and my form is great. But it feels wrong. My back feels like it's rounding when it isn't. Every time I lift I'm scared I might snap my shit up.
This goes back to my last big bulk when I gained a lot of new mass, ever since then a lot of exercises feel a little different, but deadlift just feels like shit now.
