How early is too early?
I work 9-5 and after work I want to do shitall.
So I decided to wake up earlier and workout then. I've managed to go from having a very hard time waking up at 7:30am to waking up relatively easy at 5:45am. Then I slipped a couple of weeks later because of friends.
Working up back to 5:45. Currently at 6:30am. It was pretty hard couple of days ago but now I can do it.

Question is: how early is too early? IMO 5:30 is max. Any earlier and it's too much/not worth it. What do you think?

There's no right or wrong. I know people who wake up at 4 am to run then workout. Of course that would mean you would pass out right after work.

I am currently 140 pounds

My 1rm are 1pl8 ohp, 1pl8 C&J, 1.5pl8 bench, 2pl8 skwaat, and 3pl8 dl s is this any good? Will give working weight if needed

Big Z, is now down to 155kg or (341 pounds if you live in Trump land) .

He's started dieting at 180kg.

For those who don't know, Zydrunas Savickas is the Ronnie Coleman of Strongman, with 8 Arnold Classics, and 4 WSM titles to his name. He's squated over 900, DL'd 990 with straps, Hummer Tire DL'd 1155, BP'd over 600 Raw, and he is the single best Overhead Presser in recorded history.

His greatest accomplishment is that he is 191 cm tall (6'3" Trumpland) and so is a non-Manlet.

>everything going well
>one random time for no reason lower back muscles spasm and feels like i've slipped a disc
>cant barely put socks on for a few days

>back to deadlifting a week later

>jump forward 6 months the same thing happens

wtf ? this has happened to me about 6 times in the last 3 years, my lower back (the area near the back dimples) feels extremely sore then its gone.

my form is most like the middle of pic related, definitely not the left pic, sometime the right.

anyone else have this issue ?

should i just drop deadlifts altogether, are they essential (for bodybuilding / vanity lifting) ?

So if youre taking the same time to warm up as you did when you started or as you did 6 months ago you are doing it wrong.

This is why I like home gyms or going to a gym at dead hours because you can take as long as you want to warm up and rest in between work sets

How the fuck do I shrink this piece of shit down effectively? I'm look to shrink my stomach before I start getting back into gym.

I've replaced my diet with cigarettes and diet soda but I always end up so hungry by the end of the day I always end up eating a fucking shit ton of garbage because I lack the energy to cook proper food.

Send help please. I don't want to do it the proper way, I want a shitty "dead by 60" method that'll get my stomach small before I actually put effort into shit like cooking and gym. I'm a poorfag so I can barley afford food anyway.

Majority of my buddies at work mange to diet well by replacing meals with smokes and zeronsugar cola, but I just can't fucking do it like they can. How long does it take for your stomach to shrink anyway?

I'm desperate as fuck, I can't really afford food to 'graze' on unless I want to eat eggs non stop.

OP you sound like a complete moron and should do some reading on nutrition, exercise and budgeting.

But anyway.

Eat a light breakfast, like 2 eggs, a slice of brown bread and half an avocado or some natural yogurt with nuts and fruit.

During the day just eat veggies and fruit, lots of different kinds don't just binge on oranges, that doesn't work. I eat figs, bannana, radish, carrots, apples, nuts, oranges, beetroot etc. It takes zero effort as you can eat it all raw with little to no preparation.

For dinner I usually have my carbs, pasta or rice, with more veggies and a piece of meat.

I'm tired of using caffeine for preworkouts and study aids.
My tolerance for it has gone through the roof and I have to take dangerously high levels of caffeine anhydrous to feel anything.

Ephedrine.
DMAA.

2 glorious substances that I once enjoyed that are now impossible to find.
Does /fit/ know where I can find either of these? I need to start cycling off caffeine or else my heart will give up one day.

Hi /fit/, just decided to turn my life around after finding this place. Im a 5'7'' 158lb 18yo couch potato. I'm going to start biking 45mins two days a week to get a good cardio. But im looking for a good complete workout for the other 3 days. I read the sticky and even the "Stripped" 5x5 seems like to much rn. I also have no acces to a gym. Any advice?
