cut at a smaller deficit if you're trying to do it too quickly.
part of it is simply getting used to the idea that you're going to feel like shit sometimes.
Coffee in the morning, skip breakfast, eat normally in the noon
I also carb cycle so i have high carbs the day i workout (and basically eat at maintanance or higher) and low carbs with calorie deficit the days i rest
It takes longer but you can still workout at good intensity and lose less muscle mass

One of the biggest problems is young women never lift weights. When they get older the lose the little muscle they have, which makes their bodies look saggy and it's harder for them to keep fat off since their BMR is so low
I've noticed I've cut back on my intake substantially after starting a diet recently. I'm trying to drop down to 160, starting from 220 5'6. I'm currently at 210 and things are going pretty well, but I have one concern. I've been told that it can be dangerous to cut back more than ~25% of your required intake (for me, that's probably around 2700 cals, so about 2000). Lately though, I've been finding myself eating less and less, to the point of taking in as low as ~1400 cals in a day. I FEEL fine, though. I still have plenty of energy and I don't feel hungry all the time. In fact, I've become so accustomed to this diet that I don't even notice how little I'm actually eating.
So what I want to ask is, should I try to increase my intake, even if I feel fine?
No you stupid fat fuck. Stay as low as you can, fat will melt off you and it will eventually become your maintenance calories.
If you feel fine, then don't bother increasing.
Until you start feeling nausea, it should be fine.
