Would a brisk but steady 2.0 mile run be too much for a smoker? Well former but I literally just quit so no rewards yet. I was planning on jogging for like 3-5 minutes then walking for a minute then running again. Would alternating like this make a difference? I start my new job in a few months and I want to be a p/t god by then, I want to be known s the guy that runs during training and doesn't even break a sweat..is this possible friends? or would I have to go back into time and start all over?

I'm on the same boat as you. I've been cutting and I've stalled out because I'm young and I drink heavy 1 or 2 times a week. My solution is to essentially do a hard cut 5-6 days of the week and then treat the day I drink as a cheat day. I still try to limit my calories on the day I drink, but sometimes its hard. Resisting drunk food is tricky too. You care a lot less about fitness goals when you're hammered and hungry.

I wear leggings as pants and tight t-shirts all day every day because I go straight from the gym to work, then home. Sometimes I remember to grab a skirt to throw over my leggings after gym but not always.

Brahs, after 2 months of good diet and training, i finally repped 135 for 4 sets of 10 reps. I feel great, life is beautiful. :)

I try to abstain from using my phone as much as I can in the gym, as it can easily get in the way of my workout and make it needlessly longer, especially if I'm on a superset heavy program, I do howevere use it to listen to music so in a way I guess I always use it

Guys I have a pretty difficult problem. I think that Christmas has made me into an anorexic.

Basically I was 139lbs at 6'0 and decided to cut from November 1st to December 25th so I could eat 20,000 calories on Christmas day. Cake, cookies, turkey, nuts, etc. I decided to eat at 340 calories below 2000 calories (which is my maintenance) at 1700 calories per day.

The problem is that I have lost too much weight, I am 133lbs now and everyday I eat less than 1000 calories.
I try to justify it by writing down another christmas food and adding it to a stocking in my room containing the name and calories of all the tasty christmas food I will eat on Christmas. But I can feel that when I get to Christmas I won't do it.

I think I have relapsed lads. I used to be like 100lbs and I think I have gone back. I even asked my parents to get me a childs Santa outfit for christmas because it will be 'funny' but really I want one that will fit.

First of all, change the expectations to wear a child's outfit. It's not funny, and it's a mental barrier stopping you from stopping this shit.

Get back to fucking normal eating ASAP, while this is the important thing, the psychological thing is much more important. Try to lose expectations about what you eat, and get back to normal weight asap.

And specialy... don't overthink this whole shit.

My sister has an eating disorder. I think that's what she would say.
