Would this work without causing injuries? Someone pushes on your lower back to stop it from rounding while pulling your shoulders during your deadlift.

Would this not allow you to smash your plateaus and lift a lot more weight once you have a couple sessions of assisted deads?

Explain to me why this wouldn't work.

Cable Shoulder Press is great for building shoulders. Set it so your upper arm to elbow is slightly below parallel to your torso. Cable should run behind you with the grip resting on your palm.

In addition, standard dumbbell shoulder press. I think a pullup variant with you directly underneath the bar would help build the rear delt but you can also throw in the whatever the fuck these are called that Bradley martyn does.
