I just had that feel Saturday night in the city.
Just looking at everyone with a gf and knowing you have no game to even talk to any girl.
I had this feeling first when I fucked my first 5+ relationships by being an autistic gamer that I am. I mean there was once days when girls would just ask me to date them because I was good at sports and at school overall.
I still have that feeling even tho it's over 10 years since I fucked my last relationship.
I feel like I'm in a prison.

Guys guys guys. I'm tired.

Skinny fat reporting in.

I lost 9kg since i began cut & lift but. Eating cal deficit - 1500 / 1800. Going full body routine 3 times a week. But since 2 weeks i don't lose fat anymore. I want to get rid of my double chin and the remaining belly fat. Why did it stop working ???

Of Course I respect them, even if they're going to quit in a week. I know that I sure as hell won't be the reason why they stopped coming.

Do I have to like them? No because that's +200% more germs and stupidity than I need during my workout.

Recently started going gym again after a year AFK (fucking studies). I'm aiming for something like this, I don't mind if it'll take long but I hope I can enjoy the journey to making gains and better mindset. Could anyone recommend any decent routines? I don't wanna get too big and hench but hopefully this isn't a meme body. Is PPL a good routine or is something else recommended?

Nah my college gym was free, university one cost a shit ton which I could not afford plus my local ones were legitimately not good. If you want to be toxic that's on you man, all I asked for was advice.

Does anybody have any experience with DNP?

I've read that if you take 250mg from day 1-3, and 500mg after that for the 4 remaining days it's pretty safe. I've been reading up about it because it seems that I can't lower my bodyfat lower that ~10%.

Makes you feel like shit tho, so if you have a life, its not worth it either.
It is safe in those doses unless you have an unlucky reaction.

If you can't cut below 10% naturally then DNP won't help, you have other issues you aren't identifying that will mean you fail.

avent tried it yet, waiting on my mail confirmation but have studied it plenty.
stater is 200-250mg per day. some people can have gone up to 1g a day but that's flirting with death.
I'm gonna do 250mg a day with 50mcg t3 for 15 days then rest then another 15 days of the same.
dnp can raise your bmr 30-50% it pretty much always works.
people pair it with t3 because it may drop your levels.
there was a study where people were on it for 9 months staraight on a low dose with no side effects.
the weay people can die on this stuff is if they take more because they don't "feel it" it has a halflife of 36 hours so t stays in the body for roughly 5 days. youll hold some water on dnp and make sure to drink lots.

how do you make your smoothies /fit/?

I find drinking food easier than chewing it (especially fruits), so smoothies sound like a very good option to enhance my diet.

I just bought a bunch of frozen fruits, fresh bananas, Greek yogurt, milk, cinamon. I will start experimenting once I get home (about to go for a 5k run).

Not sure what to mix, so I am looking for suggestions.

in that case i would strongy recommend a strength based program.
maybe SL 5x5 or phraks greyskull lp.
personally i started on phraks greyskull lp and did ez-curls 3x8 and triceps extensions 3x12 on monday, lo-hi cable flyes 3x12 and cable lateral raises on wednesdays and seated rows 3x12 on fridays as accessory lifts.

its extremely simple and it will give you great results

I NEVER feel hungry, can this be anything other than cancer?
I am a 25 year old male, I've searched the internet high and low but there doesn't seem to be any reassurance out there for me. I lost my appetite seeminly over night about 3 months ago. Over that time I have seen 4 different doctors and they have presribed various things like laxatives and acid reflux as I have also had mild digestive complaints on and off. None of these have had boosted my appetite though. I still enjoy eating and do so to keep my energy levels up, but I never actually get hungry and sometimes I get bloated after meals. I also had a colonscopy (I requested it) to rule out colon cancer and it was all clear so the doctor just gave me anti-anxiety meds assuming my lack of appetite was psychological. Only thing is I'm convinced it's not and have seen another doctor who I persuaded to give me an ultrasound. Doctor doesn't seem too worried though and just seemed to imply I'm a hypochondriac.
Assuming I am right about the lack of appetite being physical, can it really be anything else but cancer? I'm convinced what I am experiencing now is cachexia, or wasting from late stage cancer. I can't help but think it's pancreatic cancer with liver mets as I also have digestive complaints (have even had floating stools for a while now), I initially considered this just to excedingly rare in people my age but my symptoms just seem textbook cancer. All in all just can't really believe this is happening and I'm terrified about the ultrasound

Yes I know it is scary, but it is worth having a higher chance of not dying. There are people who survive even pancreatic cancer, and your chances of having pancreatic cancer at your age are very low.

On the other hand, I seem to have a swolled and painless lymph node beneath my ear, and a distant cousin got Hodgkin's lymphona right at my age. It is very rarely fatal but still, I will go through a hell if I have it. Guess I will get it checked out if it keeps growing.

I am a hypochondriac OP, and it is hard. I understand you.

I have a small face and look malnourished.

I look like a 3rd worlder and it has impacted my sentimental life.

I'm 22 on that picture.

Any idea on how to deal with that?
