I've been skinny my entire life, and the effort for me is putting on weight/muscle. My friend is the opposite, who has always hovered above 200lbs but wants to slim down to something less offensive.
How should I help him get started? He's already curbed a lot of the sugar in his diet, stopped drinking soda, cut out all the fast food shit he ate. But exercise wise, should he begin with running?

Not retracting my scapula while benching fucked me up.
Not warming up my wrists got me tendonitis.
Overuse of my knees got me knee tendonitis.
Not stretching my hip made it get extremely tight and needed a deep tissue massage and alot more stretching to fix.

How long does it take you to do 100 pull ups? Just clocked in at 30 minutes, I thought I had a good pace going but the last 30 took a lot longer than the first 70.
Like a fucking week probably my pullups are shit. I'm up to 6 in a row before I can't get my chin above the bar though so it's an improvement
I'm too busy to try, but I did a single pull up and it took about 1 second. So I'd hit 100 in less than 2 minutes.
