cant have super visible abs. i have them, but they dont look noticeable unless if I pose or constipate a bit. the rest of my body looks fine (imo) but I just cant get those washboard abs showing. please help

Multi grain or whole wheat?

Can I achieve pic related with the following set up:
Bench
Dumbbells (Adjustable)
Pull-up/Dip bar
Diet (Obviously)

I've been losing weight with this set up over the past year and will lean bulk early next year. Is upgrading to a barbell 100% necessary for MY GOAL?

Pic looks to me like moderate muscle and low body fat. Can I achieve and maintain by just sticking to my current set up?

Side note for those wondering: I've grown fond of using dumbbells and simply prefer them. But if I HAVE to upgrade to reach my goal I will. Just wanting some opinions.

you'll never get stronger and bigger unless you do everything until failure. counting sets is fine to keep your workout within a decent time-frame but still if you're not lifting in a home-gym 2/3 hours every day you'll always be a weak goy
