If you lift 5-6 times a week with no roids, you have to do a split, which is shit.

You have to do A LOT to actually "overtrain"...usually its only body builders who have to worry about this.
Just lift, eat, and get a good nights rest.

Because they ate so much growing up their body's always had enough calories to grow. But since they were fat it put a lot of pressure on their limbs making it harder for them to grow while their heads were uninhibited by this.

Because you CAN workout the same muscles everyday, but doing it in a gym is counter productive, because the idea is you push your muscles to their limit intentionally. Gymnasts, cyclists, and swimmers are more likely to pass out from exhaustion doing intense cardio than their muscles are likely to shut down. Well, gymnasts, maybe not. But cyclists and swimmers, yes.

Can you point to any amateur who does any of these activities that has "big muscles"? Everyone at a professional level is on steroids. The cyclists I see biking around have skinny legs built from endurance. The swimmers I see are lean with decent lats.

Is there any point of lifting if you have gyno?
I hate it so much, it makes lifting seem pointless.
I'm escaping skeleton mode but I feel like if I even start to bulk it makes the gyno worse.
