Here you go my man. This honestly gave me better upper body gains than greyskull and SS. Once you get past pistol squats, start doing hill sprints, 50-100 yards x 8 at the end of the workout. Then look up plyometric hamstring exercises, and add those in as well.

Time flies for sure. I remember being 24 in grad school like it was yesterday.
Being ~30 ain't so bad outside of friends all moving away / getting married. I now have money to buy things and take time off to travel. Physically, i'm more /fit/ than i've ever been. Dodn't start lifting until 29 and have a six pack for the first time in my life.
I recommend keeping up with exercise and minimizing partying. I have friends that are my age but look like they're 40. I still get carded when i buy booze and even got carded for cigs a few months ago, haha.

Once you get up some weight on these exercises your body will balance you out breh. I used to fall backwards due to shit ankle mobility when trying to squat. Now the 2pl8 helps me counterbalance my own bullshit and my forms gotten pretty good.

/fit/ I have been a 68 in, 65kg skinny fat piece of shit my entire life.
Worked out once a day for 8 months two years ago, saw significant progress than what I was before. Went through a terrible break up a year ago, haven't been to the gym since then. I want to get back but I've been making excuses. My goal weight is 74kg, I basically have chicken and rice available to me, eggs for breakfast, and then fast food. How often should I be eating? Should I take mass gainer once or twice a day? What workout plan should I be following for aesthetics?
