Also workout early and stay busy so you don't lose sleep

So I started the couch to 5K today,
about 6 or so minutes in my lungs started burning, this seemed normal, so I pushed on, about the 10 minute mark my lungs start laying some serious pain, I decide to cut the jogging short there because my legs felt fine, it just seemed off to me, my lungs only got worse as I walked on.
Halfway down the 3 mile track I decide to cut it short and call a ride, my friend that picked me up claims it was the 25 degree weather that was burning my lungs so bad.
How'd I do /fit/? any suggestions for next time out there?

funny thing is i'm always seeing retards lifting for strength in the gym. pulling 200kg sumo, squatting around 160kg and benching around 120kg (with the most horrible power-shitter form you can imagine: huge bridge, wide grip, basically no ROM). they waltz around the gym with their equipment in a duffel bag. belt, wrist wraps, sleeves, three pair of shoes (no kidding). legs like tree trunks, upper body like someone who has been training on a bro-split for a year or two. i'll never understand why anyone with do this to himself. you can't even tell they lift if you see them in regular clothing. saddens me.

Reps are individual lifts. Sets are groups of lifts before a break.
For instance. In 1x1 Sticky Reads. You would Read the sticky once but in say 3x5 Sticky Reads. You would read the sticky five times. Take break. Read it again five times and repeat for a third set.
