As a beginner, I find it really hard to find a diet that hits my macros. I considered buying whey powder but even with it, I either get in the end too much carbs or too much fat. Finding it hard for one single day, I can't even imagine adding variety without fucking it up completely.
So my question is : How do you manage to hit your daily macros ? Do you eat the same thing every day ? Or are able to add variety to your diet ? If so, how ?

I'm really struggling to find who to hold responsible here. That said, skin is fairly elastic and will improve somewhat overtime. You should definitely start lifting if you haven'the already. 60lbs is a significant amount to lose but I would like to think you should be able to avoid surgery

Friend from army is back over the holidays dragging me to gym everyday but we do separate circuits because he's a good friend. My problem is my muscles aren't recovering and I want to lose weight not gain muscle mass, what am I doing wrong if my muscles are in agony when I'm training light? Should I continue this training?

Sometimes whole grain bread with cheese and milk, black coffee and a banana. Depends how busy I am but I dont like to waste much time in the morning so usually its a smoothie like above
I think Greek yogurt is comparable to skyr in case your country does not sell it but never tried it and heard it tastes awful. Try different fruits to see what you like
