Currently at 185x2 after about 6/7 months of lifting, weighing ~168.
If you haven't hit 2pl8 yet, what's your current max BP and how long have you been benching?
Consistently for 5 reps, probably 2 years.
Bench is hard for me as I have long ass arms and my chest just doesn't seem to like making gains.
You will hear half of /fit/ got there in 6 months while cutting tho of course.

when u bulk u shouldnt worry about aesthetics just strength, then when u cut go slowly so u maintain ur strength but define ur muscles

You don't have to cut, just be careful about your diet and control your carbs intake... I don't do any cutting/bulking periods, instead I do some force cycling, and when I do that, I eat more carbs than usually

You'd think most steroid users would be big and huge, but the reality is most of them are fat or tiny.
Reason is because you still need to train and eat right when you use steroids.
There is a steroid general,go check out the photos of people there.
Most look like total shit, because they just roof, lift once a week, and eat cakes.
The 10% of posters there that look good, they roids, lift heavy, and eat right.
I guess my point is
1. It's impossible to tell who is on roids just by looking at their body, because a lot of roiders are lazy and look like naturals
2. You can get pretty fucking big without roids

Hey guys I just recently came to terms with how unhealthy my lifestyle is and I'm posting today seeking advice on something.
I'm totally broke and I dont have access to a gym. Im large enough that when I do pushups or squats I always end up injuring my arms or my back(I believe its because my muscles cant support all of my weight yet.)
Do you guys know of any exercises that can work my upperbody but wont hurt me?
Also, can jogging in place improve my ability to jog longer distances and get my endurance built up for actual running\jogging?
Should I try to lose weight before building muscle(i read sticky but I just wanna know how everyone feels about this)
