Poorfag who can't afford a gym membership here. I go to a university and they have a gym but it's all machines. Can I still make gains using machines or do I just end it all

You can even make gains with bodyweight routine. Consistency is the key. Difference would be how fast you make those gains.

I want to get in better shape but I have an undiagnosed stomach issue which prevents me from eating much except soups and bread (I basically have hours where I just feel like I will throw up and cant even move), i'm suspicious it may be crohns.

What exercises would you guys recommend? Been reading a bit on body weight training

If I squatted and deadlifted once a week and ran up my local hiking trial (25 minute incline hill to the top + walking back) would that be enough for legs?

Everyone says you should squat 2-3 times a week, but I really enjoy hill running and its given me fantastic conditioning and definition in my legs

Any ever wonder WHY guys push their physiques beyond a certain point?

By that I mean when it comes to definition, bodyfat under 10%, or with such large muscles they actually look unhealthy.

Yet we see pictures of guys who do this all the time. Beyond obviously juiced up.

Sure some of these look impressive, but is there a certain point where you stop increasing your attractiveness, and technically even fitness?

Pic related. For example, would getting leaner, OR larger muscles at this point help this guy with anything in life? - OTHER than physique competition on a stage?

I don't think so.

How does this relate to steroid use?

So many guys who are so far beyond diminished returns in their physique, and in fact in negative returns both social and health wise, got that way by abusing high amount and harsher compounds.

Thinking about it, if a guy can be built similar to pic related on 500mg of regular testosterone a week... why would they ever use more or need to look more impressive?

Why not at that point focus on other things in life? Career? Social life? Other hobbies? Talents?

Instead it seems they never know when enough is enough, and cross that line into doing far more work and taking far more risks just to end up being less attractive and considered an ugly monster.

What should i do for yuge neck i dont have neck harness. Are neck bridges effective?

I already do hard headbanging on concerts every now and then and desu it works traps and neck nicely. Also doing heavy diddly, shrugs etc.

Can using kettlebells alone get me a lean physique? Perfect diet as per the sticky is a given.

Kettlebells are a good combination of strength training and cardio. You can lean out very well using kettlebells, but you probably won't build huge muscle.

Is it at all possible to make wrist/hand gains? I guess the answer is 'no' since there are no muscles in that area. But if that's the case, can anyone explain the Zyzz before/after pics? His wrists literally doubled in size and his hands are significantly bigger too. Is that just the HGH doing its work?
