Should I be cutting, what sorta of exercising should I be doing (make my body thin while and hips and ass big)
I'm doing this as a personal experiment i know eventually I'll want to bulk up and get gains but for the mean time I wanna try to achieve this

There was this thread about testosterone two days ago. Apparently, there is no doubt that some kinds of plastic contain stuff with estrogenic activity.
According to some sources, BPA-free plastic is okay though. According to other sources, any plastic is to be avoided at all costs. However, many sources sound very brosciencey and tinfoil-hatty.
Do we have some actual science on this? For example, should I get rid of my plastic water kettle? Do you actively avoid some of this stuff (also parabens etc.) in your daily life?

The question is HOW MUCH are you eating.
Since you are trying to cut down to ~15% bf just focus on the total daily kcal intake; you can worry about macro nutrients later on. Eat whatever you'd like (that's healthy and filling), so long as you don't exceed your daily kcal cap you'll lose weight.
How much do your lifts go up when cutting?

Lotion daily after you shower and before bed, drink water, and saunas/steamrooms. Consider changing soap/bodywash to one for sensitive skin. It also might be allergies.

I have seb dem too. I've been using head and shoulders dry scalp for almost a year and it hasn't been back. Still need to see a dermatologist though because it comes and goes on my nose/cheeks every other month or so and I haven't found anything that completely gets rid of it

I was 340lbs, now I'm 311lbs. But it seems like if I eat right I lose weight really fast. for example:

You'll lose a shitload of water weight right at the start. It'll peter off after a few weeks.
Make sure you don't get disheartened when it happens as a lot of people do. You'll still lose weight, just at a 'normal' rate.

The fatter you are the more of a calorie surplus it takes to sustain the fat. You can expect to see decently fast weight loss for a while with less effort.

eat only leaner cuts of meat and fibrous veggies.
1800-2000ish calories go very far when lean pork shoulder steaks/skinless chicken only gives 1000 calories per 1 KILOGRAM (cod is about 900 cals per 1kg of meat).
mixed veggies are 400 calories per 1 kilogram.
marrowfat peas and sweet potatos are 800 calories per 1 kilogram.
beans and lentils are about 1000 calories per 1 kkilogram.
You can easily eat 2 kilograms of clean food per day while on a cut.

Ashthanga Yoga or Power Yoga are an awesome exercise for newbies for the first two months, before it's necessary to use weights to really get stronger. The stretching and ab exercises and low-impact weights make it something that really every single lifter should be doing on their off days, IMO, except that it's also as boring as sin.
