boxing is THE best physical exercise I know for conditioning and getting in shape. the round system (2 minutes regular, 1 minute intense , 1 minute rest) for the hour and a half lesson will fuck you up.
lots of conditioning, lots of abwork, your shoulders will beg for mercy, and you will actually learn to fight. 10/10

Is biking in the city with snow even possible? Or is it a huge shitshow of sliding, getting stuck and probably falling?
What type of bike do you buy for the city? How does me being quite heavy factor into it? Im 194cm and around 110kg. I'd imagine an ordinary bike might have trouble with that.
How would you rate biking as cardio-exercise? My main goal is to replace around 12km that i drive to the gym by doing it by bike instead. That would be 12km 5 times a week.
Is that a solid addition to cardio-training or rather useless?

same shit as cars, you need snow tires or chains. i wouldn't recommend riding on roads in the snow due to safety.

if you are not serious about riding then any bike will do. if you are then it depends what type of cycling you want to do (offroad, road, etc.). usually decent bicycles cost from around 1300$ upwards.

don't think weight would be a problem but height depends on proper seat height, handle position, etc. you can do that at any bike shop

very good. i prefer it to running due to being better on the joints plus you can do some very long runs compared to running. it's also an amazing leg builder if you do sprints, especially uphill sprints

Hi fit. Saw this pic on a thread yesterday, and I noticed this guy's traps look really narrow compared to his chest.
I have narrow clavicles myself, and so my traps are also narrow. Been doing everything I can to get bigger delts, and it's not working good.
Is this what a roider's delts become like if his collar bones/clavicles are short?
I'd really like to get the cannon-ball delts look as I think it would help me look wider, is there a better way other than roids?

This guy doesn't have narrow clavicles. His are pretty wide actually. He looks like he has a big rib cage, and so you are seeing the width of his ribs contrasting the width of his traps.
Look at his shoulder on the right of the image, the one with the tattoo, notice neat the top of it you see that bump. That is where his acromion is. Trapezius width and absolute biacromial width are not always correlated. This man might simply have large shoulder blades with muscle attachment points closer inward, giving the look of narrow traps, yet still having overall wide shoulders.Guys with narrow clavicles will not grow cannon balls like those. No matter how much they roid.

I've known hundreds of weed smokers through the years and the people who can smoke in moderation is a minority. Almost everyone who takes a liking to weed starts smoking daily or almost daily with all the life effects it has. Just like with hard drugs. It's not like with alcohol where most can have a stash of booze and not drink for weeks and only a minority have to drink every day.
I have been doing Intermittent Fasting.
I am obese and am working at getting better. I have been eating one meal every 24 hours with nothing but water and one cup of black coffee between meals. One day a week I will simply skip a meal to have a 48 hour fast.
Over the last month I have lost 10 pounds. I am taking Metamucil w/ meals to increase my fiber, Men's-1-A-Day to make sure I maintain my micros, and been focusing on lean meats and whole grains.
The sticky states that not eating is bad for you, but all the research I have done says the opposite. It's hard to find a consensus.
Some of the best advice I have gotten in my life has been from this site since people are brutally honest, and generally helpful. So I am asking for any help and advice to help me live longer. Thanks.

been lifting for about 4 years now (started back when I was 14), I've never really been that into cutting, Always joking that I've been dirty-bulking all my life.
