I do this all the time. Some with pizzas with as many as 2700 calories. Plus a couple glasses of whole milk.

My bf% is 5.

Just do cardio and only binge on a full pizza when your glycogen is depleted. Pizzas are great. They are only "unhealthy" for sedentary slobs. So good work!

i get really sick after doing ab excercises. heavy dl/squats are fine but doing crunches/ab roller etc. i feel like im throwing up the next second

Oh I understand what you mean. I've been doing long distance running for a while now. I just heard that rowing provides much more strength gains. Heard swimming is God tier cardio but it's pretty damn cold to do that right now.

Why not do both? Do 30 minutes of cardio daily and switch between the two each day. It's what I do with running and cycling.

Most lifters on keto who I've talked to (including) myself do a Targeted keto diet. I have around 15g of glucose syrup in a black coffee pre workout. Gives you all the glycogen you need for lifting and it's burnt off by the time you're done.

Ah yes, I've heard of that. Could be an effective workaround. I wonder whether that affects your daily carb limit. For instance, if your carb limit is 20 grams, would you only be allowed to 5 grams of carbs after ingesting that, or do you think the workout nullifies it completely? I believe you're thrown out of keto after around 20 grams of carbs.

Most people are surprised when they first start calorie counting just how much they're actually having. It'd be good to at least get an idea of what your standard day is so you know whether to increase or decrease your intake.

Is the "avoid carbs at night" thing just a meme?
Ive been tracking macros for a while now and even though i have seen great weight loss, i feel like im plateauing a little bit. I normally have the same meal 3x a day but people have suggested i ommit the carbs later in the day because itll "spike my insulin" and make me store more fat. Is this true or am i overthinking it?

I am starting to get into lifting and today I just went to a big box type gym for the first time.

Holy shit, I thought the manlet thing was a meme but the gym was filled with short dudes who were jacked as fuck.

I don't know if the muscles extenuated their shortness or vice versa but I was in awe at all the 5'6'' - 5'10'' dudes with massive upper bodies. Most of them did not have legs.

I am kind of skinny but at 6' with broad shoulders I thought I looked better even with my DYEL chest and I have had people told me I could get fuck hueg because of my frame

Is it really a thing for these manlets to over compensate with excessive upper body work?
