I know both of these are staple foods, but I have issues with both.

Milk gives me insane shits, and I hate the taste of peanut butter.

Is there a way to make peanut butter more edible, by mixing it with something else?

What about milk, how do I avoid shitting my brains out?

I currently weigh 50kg at 180cm tall, so there's a problem.

how to avoid fatigue and wearing down my immune system despite going to the gym 12 times a week?

i only lift on 3 of those occasions but i do 7 HIIT sessions and 2 swimming sessions.

i can feel a cold coming on. should i just increase my carbs and vegetables?

How much should I be warming up with lighter weights?

I feel like I'm spending longer at the gym than I have to, because I warm up too much with lighter weights. But this is only because I'm extremely cautious about injuring myself.
Let's say I bench 35kg dumbbells. And so I do warm-up sets of 12kg, 17kg, 22kg, and then 32kg. Is that overkill?

My bench press set up has the bar at the bottom like the one in the picture. Do any of you bench with your feet positioned as in the picture? Opinions on this?

Personally I'm able to get more total body tension pressing the bottom of my shins/top of the ankle against the bar than when I have my feet on the floor.
