Why the faggot redpillers are so obsessed with lifting? they seem to think that lifting will automatically give them a personality or get them a GF.

Are they fat or what? lifting barely helped me when it came to pulling chicks, redpillers seem to think that lifting weights off the ground is a magical solution for their sad lives, why is that?

If someone new is reading this and thinking about picking up lifting to pull chicks, people weren't joking when they said that being jacked meant jackshit unless you wanna pull skanks and smelly club whores, I thought I was different like you probably do now but go get a meaningful hobby or some shit, for example playing the piano helped me pick up chicks more than deadlifting ever did.

Hey /fit/, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I've been lifting for a few months now, and despite eating what I feel like it a lot every day, I'm still at approximately the same weight and same level of strength as I was a few months ago. I was wondering if you could tell me if there's anything wrong with my diet/what I should change.

My stats:
>6'4"
>180 lbs
>20 years old
>doing modified SS with rows instead of cleans
>squat: 205 lbs
>bench 145 lbs
>OHP: 95 lbs
>diddly: 220 lbs
>row: 130 lbs

My Diet:
- Breakfast:
>a protein shake with while milk
or
>a Jimmy Dean's bacon and egg breakfast bowl on workout mornings
>a shake after the workout with some oats mixed in

- Lunch:
>a bagel with 3 slices of Turkey, 3 slices of chicken, and a slice of cheese
>a cup of yogurt
>a packet of tuna with mayo mixed in
>a clif builder's bar (Pls no bully)

Dinner (pic related):

>broccoli
>brown rice
>black beans

Snacks:

So there's my diet, which I eat pretty consistently. Is there anything I should be adding? I only started it somewhat recently, so should it take some time to kick in? Also, bulking general/bulking tips thread, since

tl;dr What do you do for love handles?

Hey /fit/,

I'm in decent shape, lift 6x a week and hit my macros daily. Been bulking for a while, so I expect to be holding a little fat -- but even at the bottom of my last cut, I can't get rid of my fucking love handles.

Even when I was very lean (for a physique competition I prematurely did a couple years ago), lean enough that I had my bottom two abs clearly visible, I STILL felt like my lower back held onto some fat.

Is there something to train to tighten up my lower back/hips? I squat, work glutes and core, I do lower back work. I don't do a ton of direct oblique work -- is that something I should add?

Yohimbine helps, as I understand it, but you can't spot reduce or target fat deposits. You'd have to get to contest-lean, <6% levels before losing the love handles as I believe they're the very last bits of visceral fat the body goes to in times of crisis.

You don't. You become more lean to give the illusion of gains, but you can't actually make any.
