When and how did you realize that getting women is much more dependent on social skills rather than trying to impress them with muscles and money?

The best seducers I've known have been poor, short, unattractive and generally not that intelligent. Taxi cab drivers, day laborers and gangbangers have taught me more about woman than any successful white guy.

These working class guys pull tons of women because they're self-admitted "assholes" and "don't give a fuck". Many are dating multiple women, some of which who are married and in love with them.

How does this make you feel fit?

Both of you guys are on the right track and have the right mindset.

Sadly I didn't truly grasp this until later in 23 (A build up of research and learning from others that hit me full force today). The world really does tell you something different about what it takes. Making money and lifting for women ("Le Red Pill) is just starting to seem like yet another form of people pleasing now. Better than roses and oneitis, not as effective as Pablo the drug-dealing gardener.

hey fir so yesterday i smack my hand on a wall and 2 of my knuckles on my left hand is broken.

doctor said i should avoid using that hand for 3 weeks.

but i still want to lift so i wanna know what exercises i can do for my upper body that dont require gripping onto anything because i dont just wanna train the right side of my body for the next month. thnx

/fit/ what is deal with soy milk? This is a serious question. I noticed that by cutting down milk my skin is a lot clearer and generally feel pretty good. It also is linked to prostate cancer apparently. Is substituting it with soy milk a bad idea? I am a guy and read a lot of things saying that it mimics estrogen. I don't want to fuck over with my hormones. Does anyone drink soy milk? Did you see any negative effects?

I've never liked to drink milk straight, I just used it for cereal, smoothies and recipes that call for it. Switched it up and now I use almond breeze or silk almond-coconut milk.

I'm 350 lbs, I started working out at a crossfit gym 3 times a week, I cut bread out of my diet and mainly eat trail mix (nuts and raisins no chocolate) and salad (romaine with a bit of blue cheese dressing and cheese, maybe meat if I have some) after I work out I go home and cook myself eggs and sausage, then go about my day... I stay away from powder drink supplements and protein bars, I carry a gallon jug of water around and drink off of it all day, I haven't cut out soda completely but have been drinking it less... rate my /fit/?

If you want to become a trap then you first need to lose your upper body muscle mass. So do a typical anorexic diet becuase thats how you lsoe muscle mass. Then build up lower body muscle mass for a more female-like bodytype.
Focus on hamstrings and glutes. Not too much quads. No upper body lifts, maybe some abs. and drink a shitton of soy milk.
