After living off of ramen for waaaay to long, i began to throw shit together just to spice things up. This little recipe saved my ass. Not only does this shit got more protein than you could buy with the same cash spent on pure meat, but you probably already have this shit lying around.

What you need
-Two eggs
-Two Ramen
-teriyaki sauce
-Sriracha
-2 Cups of Water
-Cooking Pot

pour the packs of ramen in like you normally would

spice some shit up with those eggs (i promise these will cook fully)

let that shit cook for 1-2 mins.

turn the stove off and drop in some teriyaki
sauce, and douse that fucker in 'racha.

throw in an icecube if your fatass cant wait, and chowdown after stirring in the flavor packet(or not)

What to do if your parents are gains goblins?

I too had a hard time until I started to DRINK MY CALORIES.

Here's what you do:

>2 cups of whole milk (300 calories)
>2 tablespoons of peanut butter (200 calories)
>1 banana (100 calories)
>protein powder (100 calories)

There, that's another 700 calories that you can easily consume in under 5 minutes. Want more? Add oats, ice cream, another banana, etc.

usually a shake, so 40g more ( including milk) then im already pretty close considering 0.8g per lean pound bodyweight

Unless you really really enjoy eating meat it is pretty hard to get enough protein in without protein powder.

Not only that but it's just far more convenient to get some of your protein from powder. It's one or two less meals in need to prepare/cook/cleanup for the day.
