Does anyone have experience with dermarollers, dermastamps or any kind of needling to cure acne scars? I had really bad acne year ago and i still have pretty bad (not really deep) scars from that and buying dermastamp sounds pretty good idea because it isn't that expensive to try out. If someone have experience or knowledge is it worth it let me know about it. And any tips getting rid of acne would be nice.

I've had relatively good results with microneedling. Just make sure whoever is doing it knows that they're doing and is certified.

Is there anyone else here struggling with anxiety? I'm not talking about the general sperginess of this board, anxiety as in cold limbs and having palpitations even when you are lying in bed.

What is your story and what do you do to deal with it /fit/?

I'm a medfag and I started to have the symptoms during my psychiatric posting, I guess all the schizophrenic and bipolar people really got to me. Working out and getting tired helps a little bit but it is still there, in the background.

I had to leave my uni course due to anxiety + depression. I think I have GAD, when I'm not on meds I have this buzzing sensation of anxiety that's just constantly firing and I have no way to stop it. I find that meditation, working out, spending a lot of time outside and planning ahead to reduce stress can help reduce the anxiety.

It's because of media and daytime talk shows talking about health more, so it reminds people to keep going. Soon it will be a habit and everyone will be talking about how 'healthy' they are by just going to the gym, and not by being on a diet. Also san is best girl.

Fucking hell /fit/, why am I always so hungry? I'm 5'11 and currently 230 lbs. A year ago I was an obese 265+ lbs, but the lowest I've come down is 225 lbs. The first 30 lbs were fairly easy to lose, but ever since I hit 235 lbs I have been rubber banding back and forth because I keep feeling like I'm starving every day. I'm so close to my first milestone of getting lower than 220 lbs (the lowest weight I remember my fat ass being) but I keep getting severe hunger pangs and headaches the closer I get to it and keep fucking up to stop the pain. Currently gnawing on celery to fight the hunger. Here's what I'm doing to lose weight, please tell me what I can do beyond iron monk mode and please ask me anything I might be leaving out.

>Greyskull LP and C25K three times a week
>I eat strictly what's in pic related + whey protein powder, celery, and onions
>Same cheat meal once per week, but always stay within 2250 kcal range.
>Never skip breakfast and space meals 4x a day
>Drinking 8+ oz of ice water a day

The cheat meal is a burrito bowl from chipotle comprise of brown rice, black beans, onions/peppers, chicken, and lettuce. Hardly sinful I hope....

You could try to incorporate walking or some form of cardio to speed up the process.

However, for the hunger; you just have to deal with it. The cheat meal does not matter since it is still within your caloric intake (therefore, you shouldn't consider it a cheat meal).

You can try to snack on veggies (which you currently already are doing).

Am I ok to do cardio on rest days? I thought I had to just rest and keep excess work to a minimum while my body recovers, or is this a desperate time calls for desperate measures moment?

I'm in a similar situation, but finally broke through this week. I'm 6'2 and was stuck at 255 for over 3 weeks. Finally down to 252 and I kept my cal intake at 2100. I also snack at Chipotle, but beware the calories can really add up with the guac and any type of rice. As for hunger, I'm always hungry, but the biggest trick for me has been staying away from rice, bread, and dairy (exception to Greek yogurt). When I exclude those things, I usually have plenty of food to go around until the end of the day. I also try to eat as healthy as I can early in the day to leave me more calories for the evening. I'm avoiding heavy cardio, but I do walk a couple miles once or twice a week. Lastly, I noticed that while my weight was staying the same, I did lose 1.5 inches on the waist. Maybe you're having some muscle gain with the fat loss.

So i have a bench press/ dumbells and a barbell.
Looking for exercises to work out front of the legs which can be archived with squats but after a point u have to fucking lift the whole weight all the way above your head to put it on ur shoulders then take it down.

Anyone else /wreckedback/ here? What exercises can I do to strengthen my lower back and legs when sqwats and diddlies are out of the question. I also tried hack squats and leg press but they both put a lot of pressure on the lower back. I'd like to do reverse hypers but my gym doesn't have a proper place to do them.

I have lower-back pain too. Started last week. Feels like it is to the left of the spine, but might be the spine too idk, doesn't feel like it though.

It isn't very painful, just a dull pain, some stings of pain that aren't too bad either once in a while. Doesn't affect me anything, but I'm worried it might get worse you know.
