Not terrible. I did something similar but only for like a month at a time. It helped me lose weight because I would lose track of how much I ate when eating multiple times. Intermittent fasting can be successful.

At what point are you no longer a gym newb? Is there a certain point you realized you were a regular, and felt like it was "your" gym, as opposed to the bigger guys gym?

For me it was hitting lmao1plate bench for 10 reps. Granted, this was at the YMCA.

Mods have been utter shit since they went global. And I don't mean it in a dumbass 2005 way, I mean they are fucking terrible at their jobs. Anyone else do full body? I've been on a 2 day split for 2-3 months, looking to bump it up 3-4 days a week and need ideas.

I do "full body" 6 days a week. Follow a program some anon posted a few years ago by some dude named dezso ban, was in an iron mag article by dtillo.

The trick for that is to keep the weight heavy but not so heavy you struggle to finish the workout. I've seen pretty good gains in strength but my aesthetics are a lot better now than the used to be,

I do full body because going to the gym 3 days a week is the most appealing option to me. However, I look like absolute shit, though my strength has skyrocketed.
So basically, full body programs are mostly for strength and not aesthetics?

I Need some advice. I'll also try to make this as short as possible.

I've been doing a quick cut since the beginning of the year to look good when I go on spring break. Despite having never really tried to cut before, I've lost a considerable amount of fat while maintaining a decent LBM. I'm probably standing around 12-13% bf. I want to try to get to <10% bf in a month. Is this possible without counting macros? I ask this because I'm a college student with a meal plan so counting calories is extremely hard because most campus food is chit, and all the clean food is prepared for me so it's hard to measure exactly what my macros are for the day. I've been intermediate fasting and restricted my calories fairly low, well over 1k below maintainance, but now fat loss has stalled. Any advice for a young lad?

This is the best lift. This is the only lift I've found to beat the hex bar. And you don't need hex bar to do it. It works my whole leg hard -- calves, glutes, quads and hams. I can't squat or deadlift because I'm retarded and those lifts take more skill than I'm capable of and since you're going to make a snide reply stating as much here's your preemptive fuck (You). No matter because this lift is better in every way. The downside is you must double your reps because the optimal leg worked is different for each leg facing forward. Of course if you're not squatting or deadlifting the rep range works out perfectly. This lift solved left leg dominance in my squat. This lift is a miracle. Why won't you do it is because you're a pansy afraid of being made fun of.

I'm fairly new to my gym. 1-2 months Pretty much. Nobody talks to me but everyone talks to eachother, all the girls are taken and follow their bfs and if their not following their bfs, they are nearby. I tried making convo and everyone just kinda gives me the shake-off to continue their shit, but then they eventually run off to talk to someone else. Will they eventually want to talk to me since I am like 2 months in the gym, or do I not have their respect yet since I'm not fucking ripped? There are some guys who are smaller than me and they get chatted up.
