Hey /fit/, looking to mold my shitty body into something worth looking at. I have never really had any kind of exercise routine nor have I ever messed with my diet desu. So I was just wondering where you guys think I should start. I will post pics of myself, I am currently 6 foot 270lbs, and built a little odd. Basically I wanted to pick your brains and ask what you think, should I diet first and then see where I am after losing the shit hanging off of me, or should I mix dieting with lifting? Any advice for getting rid of the "fat fanny pack"? You know, that roll below the belly button. I lost a lot of weight so the rest of me looks fine but this fucking thing won't go away and it's pissing me off. What can I do to burn fat, specifically from that region if at all possible?

Hey /fit/, I'm a runner and Im currently training for track going about 6-12miles/day. I've stopped doing most of my non-running exercises this winter, but Im looking to get back into them.

My 2 goals are to:
build strength that will help me out during track season
Look decent for spring break

I have about 3 months until the start of track/spring break. I know its not a ton of time, but I'd like to improve as much as I can. In the past I've mostly done core and some upper body workouts in addition to running. Could I get some good routines or guides/links I could use for after my runs? Thanks in advance

easy it on the mileage, keep it to two long run (like 10 miles) per week, since track is a shorter sport you want more sprint mechanics type workouts.

for 1600m+ do lots of 800m / 600m / 400m repeat type workouts.
for 1600m- you need a lot of work on your form, and do some gym stuff / flexibility supplemental stuff

Balance lower back pain and flexibily have all been improved.
Idk about the stupid zen energy shit though. I just YouTubed a couple routines and started doing them at home.
