Does fit take cold showers?

I sort of take cold showers. I keep the shower at room temperature and go fairly cold now and then. After taking cold showers daily for a month and seeing no benefits other than my showers being shorter and less comfortable, I met in the middle by taking moderately cold showers instead.

I do say that I enjoy them now and it helps with muscle soreness.

Didnt help me to go to sleep but helps with maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and sleeping longer hours. Would recommend if you go to sleep at the same time every night but still find yourself waking up within 7-8 hours naturally. Be prepared to spend an hour more per night sleeping. Never worked if my sleep schedule was erratic.

I think I might've been deficient in either zink or magnesium before (probs magnesium since my old multivitamin at the time used magnesiumoxide which has a bioavailability of 4%) because since starting taking it after days I've worked out I walk around all day with a boner

Bread, 3 days ago my neck randomly started hurting to move (day after I did back, but it didn't hurt at all during work out / everything seemed normal). I've taken since then off doing lots of stretches and going to the sauna each day but it is still sore.


Wtf do I do? Hurts when I look in any direction, it is slowly getting better but it is super annoying missing so many gym days. I dont wanna snap my shit up

So i just started seriously lifting. I've been doing more cardio and am fucking sick of it.

I want a lean body like the one on the picture. I'm tall, 195m to be exact. I have around 15% body fat. My lifts are shit as i've disregard them for more than a year.

What is my best road to get to my goal? Is bulking necessary? High reps, low sets or low reps high sets?

I've been an idiot around the gym for 2 years now and i still know nothing about lifting. Help me out /fit/

You need to eat food to build muscle. High protein. You will put on fat unless you're extremely slow, but who wants to fucking do that.
Bulk at a normal rate, then cut to become lean.

So my right knee hurts from being sprained (or having the ligaments torn) by my mum's dickhead ex when I was about 10. How do I strengthen it up? Because when I squat sometimes it can start to hurt and usually aches after a long day. I don't want to destroy my knee completely one day and be forced to stop lifting.

What does it mean if your poop is different colors at the same time, like different shades of green and brown almost like camouflage?

I mean 1 log has different colored sections of it, not just different color bowel movements at different times. I googled poop and turd is different colors but it just talks about when your poop is all the same color whether it be green or brown entirely. Nothing mentions 1 turd being army camo.

After my workout (5x5) sometimes I'm extremely tired and don't want to drink coffee and grab a snickers.
