Try Grease the Groove. Do 50-80% of your max pullups 4-6 times a day 4-6 times a week. Retest your max every 2 weeks. You could probably reach 20 in a month or two.
Vegan pros- Better muscle gain, enhanced blood flow and recovery, live longer, been a lot stronger since I stopped eating meat, unlikely going to die from a chronic disease that meat/dairy/eggs has caused. Rock hard erections and enhanced sex. Feeling better 100% of the time, no heartburn, sleeping better and enjoying work a lot more
-Cons unable to go to some restaurants
Prove me wrong

>Tfw an essential portion of your food is a direct substitute of another whole food
I wish I was vegan
What is your diet typically like? I don't measure too much of what I eat, but this is mine:
Breakfast
>0.5 cup oatmeal in 1 cup skim milk
>150g greek yogurt
>1 banana
Post-workout
>1 scoop of ON in 8 oz skim milk
Lunch
>10 oz boneless/skinless chicken breast
>carb, i.e. potatoes/pasta, etc
>spinach and broccoli
Dinner
>more chicken or shrimp, maybe beef
>same, some sort of carb
>veggies, usually spinach or broccoli
Cheeky dessert (if im under)
>cheesecake/ice cream/what the fuck ever
I go out to eat usually 2-4x per week as well.
Body Weight
>Maintaining 175-178 lbs since Dec. 2016.
Conclusion: I dont get why people flock to all these fad diets (keto, etc), I almost always hit or surpass (.8 x BW) g in protein and haven't gained weight. The only downside is I spent $40/month + on chicken alone.

My best results have come through a 4 day right/left routine.
>>40311101
The X factor routine has worked wonders for me. Right arm + left leg, left arm + right leg, Neck + glute, upper body + groin, rest
Dies any one have this?

I'm fat (pic related) and have just started working out. Problem is, I have stretch marks already and when I start building muscle I will have even more.
What is your advice for dealing with stretch marks?
>>40310836
I have stretch marks like those but all across the underside of my left arm, it's weird as fuck and I've done nothing to cause them.
>>40310836
got that shit around on the sides of the waist fml
>>40310836
stop making bitch ass excuses and go work out, why even post here to complain about some stretch marks??
Shit loads of people have those, but if you're buff and have them it's a sign of hard work. Fat people with stretch marks is just pathetic
how does this a hobby?
>>40310702
