>There are a lot of good things about this gym. They supposedly cater to "real" people, both fatties and people who just want to go to the gym in a baggy t-shirt and not waste time chugging muscle milk while grunting and flexing in a mirror.

I pretended not to hear him over my headphones. He got so frustrated he walked around to the front of my treadmill and HIT the display screen twice with his hand to force me to look at him. WHILE I WAS RUNNING

MANAGER'S EXCUSE IS "THATS HOW GUYS ARE AT THE GYM" (your employees?!) The manager dared me to report him for his sexist excuse allowing this behavior from his employees SO I DID.

DO NOT PUT UP WITH IT. JUST BECSUSE YOU'RE NICE DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE ASKING FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

Update: this case was reviewed by the PF lawer and district manager. The lawyer reviewed the +VIDEO+ of the employee that hit my treadmill and stood next to me for way too long while I ignored him. The lawyer called me and discussed his absolute disgust with the whole situation. Thank god for the video tape, now they're both being forced to attend sensitivity classes and are 'written up.' But look, if you were a man and they came up to YOU and said "hey you're a punk, hey you're weak you're an idiot" you think they'd still have a job? I think not

I drank TONS of water both yesterday and today, I had eggs and even drank pickle juice, yet this entire day I've felt like shit. Is this normal? I thought hangovers were like an hour or so in the morning deal, not a ruin your whole day deal.

I feel like I deployed every trick I could but not only does my head hurt but I've been mildly nauseous all day as well. I still got half a bottle left and I wanna vomit just thinking about finishing it next friday.

Should I just give up on drinking or will it get easier?

Well my head was pretty much okay for the most of the day, the biggest issue was my stomach.
But now thinking about it, I ate four cheeseburgers and had four vanilla pudding cups last night so that could be the cause of it.
