Would work quite well, if you can get the volume in. Volume-sets are the key to gains. Hit as much as you can as hard as you can during that period and you'll grow. 6-8 sets of each exercise at 70% of your 1RM for 6-8 reps will get you very far.

I want to get fit and I'm willing to put in the effort. I'm reading the sticky but I've also heard of this thing called GOMAD. Is it a meme? Does it actually work? Not acting as if it'll solve all my problems or anything but will it help me gain weight? I'm a skinny 6'4 looking for advice, I've heard this board is friendly.

Stop calling everything a meme. It works because you really need to put on weight in order to gain muscle. Yes, you will put on a lot of fat weight but it's necessary at the beginning if your goal is aesethtics. After awhile, you cut and you'll see the results of that hard work.

Yes, it will work. GOMAD basicly adds a shitton of calories to your daily meals, and that's exactly what you need, given you are working hard at the gym.

Be careful when adding fiber. If you overdo it at first then you WILL get stomachaches and digestive issues. This is especially true if you are coming from a diet with insufficient fiber because your body is not acclimated to that sort of intake

My girlgfrend is South Korean, so she's small and weak as shit. I've been bringing her to the gym for a couple of weeks, on and off, and just showing her bits and pieces. She currently squats 4kg.
I'm wondering, does anybody have any starting routines for weak as shit little ladies? One that isn't so upper body dominant obviously.
