Literally by being poor and doing keto, I made it too expensive to buy snacks and the fact that I'm in keto and will feel physically I'll if I eat something cheap and carby.

I'm not sure on exact amount, but you need to be drinking a lot more. Almost double the amount you are already drinking a day, and that should be a good start
