I've finally exited skelly mode and made it to 75kg (still skelly to /fit/ standards I know) but I feel confident enough with my body now and looking to go on a pussy slaying tour this summer.

Where are some good destinations that will attract sloots in Europe during the summer?

I'm 20 and feel like the pressure is on me, to the virgin older than me how are you holding up? Have you given up in your seek for redemption?

I want to start cutting but everyone says I wont lose fat on the calories the calorie calculators tell me I will.

Everyone here is claiming I should starve myself (like <1800 calories).

How is that even fair? I've been lifting for years, I lift 5 times a week, surely I could start a cut higher than that stupidly low amount of calories......

Should I just perhaps stop listening to /fit/ and go do my own thing and start on 2500 or so and see where that takes me? It seems absolutely dumbfuck retarded to start a cut on super low calories...except that's what everyone here seems to recommend.

Have you guys never seen 3DMJ coaches? They start their clients cuts on like 3000 calories u niggas.

Make sure to stock up on supplements before you cut too, you're gonna need whey and creatine plus multis and fish oil. Also make sure you only consume organic food.

B-but Matt Ogus starts his cuts on like 3,200 calories, and doesn't change his calories for 2-3 weeks at a time, and only adjusts it down by 50-100 calories at a time. He ends up looking beastly shredded and aesthetic as fuck.

Here on /fit/ everyone says I should straight away start on super-low calories, but everyone on here looks like shit.

How do I get fit without a gym?

I live in a pretty out of the way area, so I don't have a gym I can realistically go to.

Just buy a cheap freeweight set, don't let these DYELs shill you, a barbell + 2x dumbell + around 50kg of cheap cement weights is all you need to get jacked, and will cost you nothing. You don't need machines and fancy benches, just like you don't need whey protein.

Lift consistently and hard with this shit and eat/sleep and you'll outdo 90% of the cucks paying for gym memberships chugging down whey.

Hey /fit/, longtime lurker. Here is a snapshot of my last 2 months:

>graduated college
>finally broke up with manipulative and horrible girlfriend
>moved 3 states away to live in an apartment with my best mate
>grandmother got into car accident, I had to fly to her city, take care of her, and clean up her deathtrap of an apartment singlehandedly (she is a severe hoarder and she has lived in this apartment for 50 years-you can't even imagine the yelling), all on my own dime


So now I just got to the place I’ve been paying rent for. I’m in a new city with no job, almost no money (I pretty much don’t have any hope of making March rent), no dog (my ex kept the dog I had raised from a puppy because the adoption papers are under her name), and-not nearly worst of all but still bad-no gym.

Up until this point I had just used my college gym. The iron helped get me out of a depression years ago, and not having that outlet really sucks. However, I never appreciated how expensive membership is. I only have a Gold’s, Anytime Fitness, and random small gyms (think obnoxious class-based places like Orangetheory) near me. The cheapest is Anytime fitness, at ~$60/month. If any of you rich motherfuckers wants to chip in a few bucks, I swear I will put it toward the gym and not less important things like rent or food. If I can’t completely cover the cost of a month, I’ll buy a pull up bar or something. Right now I have a yoga mat, ab wheel, and 25 pound dumbbell.


Stats for reps:

I’ve been putting in job applications, but without being there to go to interviews it’s difficult. I’ve been turning some profit doing random craigslist things (most recently I did a few peoples’ math quizzes on Coursera for a few hundred), but the profits are very thin. If anyone has any ideas, they would be much appreciated. I’m trying to get a regular 9-5 and a part time second job for a few evenings a week or some other way to make money. Seriously though, anything short of selling ass.

If it makes a difference, I graduated with a degree in Biology and a shitload of lab experience (3+ actual years in labs). I might try to go for an MPH eventually, go into healthcare law, or try to get into pharma if anyone has any tips/career counseling.

If anyone has any job/profitable suggestions for Seattle, that's where I am currently based. Hell, even any smaller cheaper gym ideas.

If you haven't donated plasma yet, you can make an easy 100-150 bucks in your first two visits and about 30-50 twice a week after that. Took me 3 hours for the initial exam/donation and 1-2 hours for the couple times I went after that.

I don't see any point in living within the bounds of the expectations people have of me anymore. I've always been a nice and agreeable guy. I am very good at making everyone around me smile and laugh. People respect me because I'm above the intelligence level of those around me in general.

My life is still shit though. I'm so tired of the life I live. I have so many "close" friends, yet I feel completely alone. I'm also the last guy girls seem to look at because I don't exude sexuality like my steroid monster friends... yet I am obsessive about my looks and I am fairly decently looking.

I'm turning 26 soon and I'm still miserable and alone, and always have been. I've decided that in 3 months, I'm saying fuck everything and I'm going to start take steroids. I've also set aside thousands of dollars for tattoos and I'm going to live a new kind of life. I'm giving up pretty much everything I have and just trying something completely new and different... consider it my last shot because I'm dropping out of school with only 5 classes left for my degree.

Has anyone else done something like this and failed, or succeeded?
