Hyperextended my elbow.

How long should I stop lifting for? I tried the other day and it hurt.

It only seems to hurt pretty bad on pulling motions, whereas it just has a slight ache during anything pushing.

I believe its made of some kind of tree sap, and its basically like very tough gum.

The idea is you chew it for a few hours a day (becomes pretty tiring) with the goal of increasing jaw muscle size. Basically compensate for having terrible maxillae.

No proof it works though but I've been tempted to buy it just for experimenting

I walk 65 miles a week, stationary bike 5-6 hours a week. Eat 2500-3000k per day food.

I've plateaued.

Eventually it'll be easier.
I'm on the 4th week of my cut and went from ~3500 per day down to 2500-2700.
First week felt like shit, now I feel hungry occasionally but fine overall.
Having a cheat/refeed day once a week also helps.

Just squat a little bit senpai. I do a push/pull split. On push days I alternate between lowbar squats and barbell bridges. No chicken legs, bigger ass, more overall strength to help with jiu-jitsu. Just cover all your bases brah.

Also if you haven't been working out I wouldn't. You need to know what workouts and routines are best for you. Other than that the whole "low fertility" shit isn't a permanent thing that happens to everyone. Besides hcg will help.

Also you're 18 fuck you worried about low fertility for? Anytime I'm on I bust nuts in females with no worries. A lot of people will say I'm a fool because you can still get a female preggos though.

As an idiot, I have a few questions.
Anyone with newbie questions can use this thread.

I recently moved, and the gym that I have a subscription with, at the new location is shit. One of the issues is that the only benches they have that have something to lock your legs on, only go up to 20 degrees. What can I use instead to do push ups?

Because I can't even do one pull up, I used a counter weight at the old gym. It was quite simple. However at the new gym, the same concept is now a massive machine that I hate, and I still can't even do one pull up.
Can I use those elastics I've seen around, to help with pull ups?

I drink quite a bit. Beer mostly. And because my friends start on Friday, I lose that day of exercise.
I've read that alcohol ruins progress in the sticky, but how much? If I stopped drinking for 2 months, and focused, would I notice an increase in gains?

You can practice techniques by yourself. But to make them useful you absolutely need to practice them with others that are actually trying. The classes are more for learning discipline and getting a decent workout using their equipment. In reality all you need is to have a sparring partner. Or multiple that you can rotate between is optimal, since once you figure out one persons moves you can go and learn a whole new technique against another opponent since they Will haave an entirely different skill set.
