got to sets of 10 reps after practicing for 2 months at 70kg, im bulking now and did 6 at 90kg, hoping to get 5 or so at 100kg.

Is madcow 5x5 good program or is there some better intermediate programs? My results atm are:
deadlift 175kg
squat 140kg
bench 100kg
It's fine. Especially for someone who's just barely into the stage where session-to-session progression is just barely or no longer possible. Try it for a while and see if it works for you. Only real way to be sure.

For me it makes it incredibly easy to stick to a low calorie diet while cutting, you can pretty much live your life completely normal, go out drinking etc while still not being hungry and constantly losing weight.

I work as a dock worker and truck loader for a window company.
I would say that it does. After moving and throwing 600+ windows in a day, you end up pretty exhausted. Gotta avoid exercise 2 of the days I work, otherwise I have literally zero energy.
M-F is running/lifting, Thurs-Sunday is four days, 10 hour shifts or more depending on how many trucks we have to load.

Went from 160lbs weak sack of shit to 182lbs of mediocrity, my calculations:
160lbs @ 20% = 128lbs
lifting consistently 3.5 Years
182lbs @ 11% = 162lbs
162lbs - 128lbs = 34lbs, this is my gains right?
