Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility between reps

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

Why does no one on here talk about it? Everyone usually talks about keto or IF but I have found keto to very hard to cut past 10% with, and I've seen a lot of pro's using carb cycling as of recently. Can anyone shed some light on if it is legit?

Carb cycling is good for putting on mass as long as you get the carbs from clean foods. Also, it is EXTREMELY hard to get down past 10% body fat and have a lot of muscle mass. It takes time. Focus on building your muscle and then in 5 years, go for a nice cut where your muscles will be much more defined.

Also, pros use steroids so what they do shouldn't be repeated unless you're /fraud/.

After discussing Halloween costumes with my girlfriend, I decided that I wanted to dress up as Sailor Moon. She claimed that I didn't have the legs or the waist for that. Since I can't see my penis anymore I decided to find out how bad the situation has gotten. Stepped on the scale a couple weeks ago and it said I was 200 pounds of flabby loser. I'm using Lose It! and I set my calories so that I would lose 2 pounds a week which should be safe. It's got me at 1300 calories. But today, only 8 days after starting I am 192 pounds. This puts me ahead of my targeted projections by quite some time. At 2 pounds a week I shouldn't have hit this number until at least May 6th. I know that the body fluctuates, but when I weigh it is first thing in the morning so it's as accurate as possible. My main concern is that if I lose weight too fast I'll get stretch marks, so what do /fit/?

It's not permanent weight loss. Generally just water weight as you've gotten your shit diet together. You might've lost long term 3 pounds by now which is alright.

At 1300 cals you're not eating the shit food you're used to. I lost 10lbs my first week and and a half. It's mostly water weight. It's important to know this because otherwise you'll get discouraged when weight loss rapidly slows. You'll be fine. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Don't fuck it up when you get your goal weight.

how come when i do a squad badly and accidentally end up doing a good morning i get lower back DOMS?

is the good morning not a valid exercise as well? what if i was doing good mornings on purpose? would i have DOMS all the time? aren't they supposed to go away after the second week? so why do i still get lower back DOMS after doing squats badly for a month?

How do I eat more? I'm having trouble bulking because I just can't seem to eat more than 2000 calories a day. What are some of the best ways to eat without force feeding yourself? What are some of your favorite bulking foods?

I find keeping pocket food handy- Just grab some nuts, seeds, raisins and wrap them up and put them in your pocket. Snack on them throughout the day.

If you drink water add a pinch of salt to it, salty things increase your appetite and you will be hungrier more often. For some people bulking is a real pain in the ass. If you want to go clean you need to stick with it for a long time. I just eat 1 tub of 2L vanilla icecream every 5 days and drink a ton of milk.

You should get your sleeping and water intake resolved first before you attempt to eat way more food than normal. Also make sure to get your fibre and that you shit every morning on command, or you're going to get some anal and intestinal problems.

Make a huge donger of a protein milkshake and drink one when you need a lot of calories.

>as many scoops as it takes
>2 bananas
>cup of quick oats
>bit of chocolate ice cream
>can even add peanut butter or oil for more calories

Can easily get up to 2000 calories desu.

Was at the gym today when a new personal trainer showed up and started breaking down me and a couple of my friends form. He was saying all kinds of things about the squat, which none really made sense, like keeping your knees behind your toes and keeping your feet straight instead of out at an angle. He then tried to show us and seemed to struggle under a 165lb squat and barely hit parallel. When I went to do a low-bar squat he wouldn't stop calling it a good morning even though my bar path is completely vertical, which I have recorded before.

How do I deal with nazi form checkers, it appears he will be there everyday at the time we train now so no avoiding him.
