If its just for mixing whey get some cheap shit shaker bottle, or cheap shit blender. If you are trying to do frozen fruit, greens and whatever else get a Vitamix or Breville blender.

Moving to a new place in a few days. My rent is going up and I just got the car I wanted so I'm going to be changing my diet as a result. I want to eat 1800 calories a day and spend $150 a month on food. Anyone here try meal replacements for an extended period of time? What about another way to keep eating cheap without getting malnourished?

>lowest weight was 180 which I hit twice, and gained again twice
>I want to be 170 and 1800 calories daily will get me there in 8 months accounting for water weight

Why the fuck does it suck so bad.
I can't keep this up. All I do is 40-60 minutes of calisthenics every other day and It takes monumental effort to get started and to finish.
Eating at least 3000 clean cals a day is perhaps even more difficult than working out. I fucking hate eating now.
I've gotten stronger, but I've plateau'd, with no notable mass increases. My weight hasn't changed after 3 weeks except to account for shit in my gut and waterweight. I don't have the patience for this.

If you're still hungry then keep eating. During the first couple of weeks it's more important to eat fat and protein to satiety while you adapt than cave to carb cravings.

Was doing a set of dumbbells shoulder presses and felt good about using 75lbs dumbbells. Huge guy goes on bench next to me and shoulder presses 120lbs dumbbells for reps. Was mirin hard but it made me feel like a pussy.
