So my question is, what supplements would you recommend? Quick question, if i do intermittent fasting using the 16/8 schedule, if my work schedule changes and I eat my first meal at different times, do I also have to change my fasting schedule? for example, yesterday I woke up at 7am and I had my first meal at 1pm and my last meal at 7:30pm. Today I woke up at 10.30pm, can I still eat at 1pm or do I have to wait 6 hours until I can eat again? Help a brother out

intermittent fasting is detrimental to that kind of training, quite honestly
sure, you can do some light cardio while fasted and to my understanding this can actually be beneficial, but anything more intensive and you start feeling like shit - experienced it myself.
if i were to drop muay thai and just lift with some light cardio on the side, then yea, i'd most likely fast on the daily.
